Who can obtain membership?
Any past pupil of Dharmapala Vidyalaya can obtain membership of the Past Pupil’s Association. Among them, those who completed their Advanced Level examinations in Dharmapala Vidyalaya from the years 2001-2010 can obtain the Peramaga Decade Membership.
Documents Needed for Offline Member Registration
- A copy of the leaving certificate, if not a certification of being a student from the Principal or Deputy Principal.
- Application form of the Past Pupils Association (Download here or can be collected from the PPA office)
- Application form of the Peramaga Decade Group (Download here or can be collected from the PPA office)
- Application form of the Lieftime Membership ID card (Download here or can be collected from the office)
- Three passport sized color photographs.
For your consideration
- Main PPA membership fee is Rs.4,000.00 and Peramaga membership fee is Rs.1,000.00.
- The identity card is mandatory for all lifelong members. The filled application form along with three passport sized color photos and the payment of Rs. 300.00 needs to be submitted to the association. A notification will be sent once the identity card is ready and can be visited and collected.
- If you haven’t collected your leaving certificate till now, it can be collected from the school office on Tuesdays and Thursday between 7:30 am and 1:30 pm.
